Behenji – India’s Most Eligible Bachelorette

Jacareí For some absurd reason Kumari Mayawati is always ignored whenever lists of India’s most eligible bachelor(ettes) is made. Let us try to understand what makes or rather what should make Maya more desirable than Katrina Kaif & Deepika Padukone combined.

Garfield Heights Q1. Who is Mayawati?

Ans. Mayawati (B.A., B.Ed, LL.B)  is the current very very honourable Chief Minister of India’s most populous state Uttar Pradesh which is the world’s most populous sub-national entity. This means that were it a nation in its own right, Uttar Pradesh would be the

Behen-ji smirking at humanity

world’s sixth most populous country with its population of over 190 million. Mayawati, the queen of these 190 million is also lovingly called Behen-ji (Sister). Whether this nick name has contributed in extending her spinsterhood is unknown.

Q2. Is she rich?

Ans. Oh Yes! In a self-sworn affidavit Mayawati, the daughter of a retired post office section head, claims that she is worth around Rs. 87 crores. Of course since this is self-sworn it would be an undervaluation. In fact a CBI inquiry showed that countless sweepers, hawkers and rickshaw-pullers have donated hefty sums amounting to crores to Mayawati and her immediate family. Her only occupation before serving U.P’s millions was that of a teacher. Behen-ji is a prime example of the new shining India where even teachers turned public servants have made enough money to sustain three generations.

Cash & Deposits

11 crores +

Jewellery (gold-1 kilo, diamonds-380 carats, silver-18.5 kilos)

90 lakhs +

Murals

15 lakhs +

Buildings

74 crores +

……………………………………….Assets of our beloved Maya1

Q3.  What does she like?

Ans. Behen-ji is just another next-door girl with simple tastes. She likes garlands made with currency notes (only 1000s) and 50 foot statues of herself (with her handbag). Mayawati has managed to successfully address the most important issue facing Uttar Pradesh currently i.e. the dearth of top quality memorials and parks. Here is a partial breakdown2 of the 2009-10 budget of Uttar Pradesh to give you a better picture:

Budget Area

Amount in Crores

Establishment of Homes for Old Women

6

Marriage of Poor girls (minority class)

12

Treatment of Serious Illness of Poor

40

Housing of Schedule Castes

200

Drinking Water for rural areas

378

Ambedkar Park
& Kanshi Ram Memorial,
Lucknow

4436

The budget for just 2 of these projects (4436 crores) also exceeded the budget earmarked for ‘Agriculture’ in the entire state. But obviously in a state like Uttar Pradesh, there is little use for agriculture.

Q4.  What does she not like?

Ans. Just like any self respecting human being, Behen-ji cannot tolerate being told what to do. In fact whenever the  Prime Minister has had the audacity to suggest anything, he has regretted it. When the Centre enforced the Right to Education Act, Maya shot back saying that she would be unable to allocate Rs 8,000 crores for RTE. In any event, UP is already the 26th most literate state in the country. Why bother?

Don’t mess with me!

After the death of around 60 people in the Pratapgarh stampede last year, the PM announced Rs 2 lakhs each to the next of kin of those killed. In response Maya called a press conference to say that the state would not be able to provide any financial compensation due to ‘financial constraints’.

Understanding the psyche of a megalomaniac would help any suitor impress Behen-ji . The trick lies in somehow combining currency notes of high denomination with marble or granite statues. The most modest estimations of the worth of the last ‘money-garland’ touched by Maya are around the 2 crore mark. This obviously needs to be topped to make any impression. Also a drive through NOIDA would help one appreciate the importance of grandeur in this pursuit. Maya smiles from a lamppost every hundred metres showering her blessings on the occasion of any imminent festival. Good luck U.P!!

  1. Why talk only about Behenji..every minister in her cabinet must be worth as much…so that makes it a joint LOOT of the state.

  2. well written ! but educated people who are on Fb already know most of this.It is the poor rickshaw wallah and poor labourers who readily part with their very hard earned money for megalomaniac politicians who need to to be told these facts and made to understand the repercussions of voting these people to power ! so take it to the masses as well and go after all of them , why only this bachelorette !

  3. she gets a full majority, means she is the best better than than all those english speaking stylo fellows out there.

    1. Did you get paid to scribble all that in a public forum.

I guess, you’ve not been to Lucknow. The stupid parks and monuments are
build and demolished every other year. If she gets SP leaders (goons)
arrested it is only because she does not want them to ask for share in
her loot. And Bureaucrats don’t open their mouth in front of her because
they respect themselves as human beings. She is easily THE most
ill-tempered and abusive leader a government can have. She does whatever
she benefits from. She is stripping the poor and fill her own coffers.

PS: Yeh jo sab maine likha hai usse shudh hindi mein bhi likh sakti hoon. Baat bhasha ki nahi hai bharasht neta ki hai. English bolne wale neta koi dudh ke dhule nahi hote. Par Mayawati janta ka khoon he choos rahi hai.

  4. She is one of the most amazing women of our times, controlls crime like its childs play, sacks a corrup MLA without blinking an eye lid, transfers the most trusted and close officers as per adminisration law, no officer in her government has the guts to open his mouth and talk some rubbish to her. She is a Chief Minister who behaves like one . Does what she thinks is correct.

    1. bahut sahi aur garib ko aur garib bana do kya baat haI???????
she is not here for showing domination, she is here for serving ppl…..
      pls don’t support nonsense ppl…..

  6. do not think that the poor rikshawallah or the chaiwalla or the labour does not know the reality of mayawati, but what they value most is the cash prasad which they receive in the night earlier to the election.

  7. Shameless!! My parents are teachers and I know that how much a public servant can earn..! I am fortunate that none of my parents are like her.. Thank God there are some ethics still living in the country else who knows what would have been the result!! This lady should really think for one time that who is going to see her statue and for what ? What remarkable thing she has done even to uplift the deprived cast ? Mean lady with super-mean cause to hoard billions in her account.. Oh Lord ! Someone should teach them a lesson of life.. Who knows what kind of proud or ashamed parents she or many other super-special politicians have !!

  8. Abb jaisi UP ki janta hogi.. waisi to wahin ki rani hogi…. ha ha ha…

India me kahin bhi raho par UP se dur hi raho…

    1. Hey Sudhanshu ,

      Where You Lived ?

Just check out your C.M. And please share his qualities and never forget We are Indian’s.

      1. @sudhanshu: you know i was reading through this page and was thinking that people really have gained perspective and RTI is helping. i was just beginning to think that people are changing for the better.and there you go..you brought me back to reality with your utterly regionalistic, biased and prejudiced comment.thanks for letting me know that i m still in india and just as your view can be biased based on region, voter in india can also be swayed with caste, creed, region, gender and even money.

    2. Its India anything is possible Because most of the Indians are emotional fool… didn’t use their brains even in their utmost important decisions i.e. right to Vote.,,,,!!

      1. hey mansaini how we can use our right to vote sucessfully as there are all candidates in the elections are corrupt and those who are not corrupt after winning the elections become corrupt. we have not the choice to reject or dislike them.

    3. excuse me boss u cant judge whole UP by a single person………
UP aake dekho pata chal jayega………….:@

    4.  “Dur rahna…“ is not the solution. If possible give suggestions to improve the situations in the poorly governed states of India rather than creating yet another problem. Give your bit right in here. You… me and several others like you… “can do it”.
There’s always a choice before zeroing to any point of view….
We can use the same media for solving a problem rather than distancing ourselves from it.

    5.  Accha fir Maharastra ki janta kaisi hain ki sabse jada wanhi ke neta ka paisa swiss bank me hain ..aur Tamilnadu ki janah se A .Raja ji the ..Diggi Raja kaanha se hain ..aur bhiya Lalu yadav to bihar se tha na ..count karun to her state me chor aur acche aadmi mil jaynge ..so plz aab to JAGO..

  9. Maya needs the real shocker from Supreme Court, hope some Samirtan will pave the way for it .At an earliest it has to be enquired why is Manoj Gaur so cloer to her, how much money has been given to her? Who have donated her to her party fund, who are the donors, what is her partys independent assets and liabilities

  10. Rahul Gandhi Behenji pe Lattu hai… he Loves her..koi in donon premiyon ke beech nahi aa sakta……. RAHUL weds MAYA 🙂 waise bhi congress kehti rehti hai ki woh Dalit on ko apna samajhti hai..to phir Sonia ko apne ikloute bete ki shaadi Mayawati ase karane mein kya aitraaz hoga?

    1. yes of course we can do. use ur voting power and keep away such people from power. Please don’t vote these people… and encourage people to vote for the right candidate.
i m not favoring any political party.

    1. Yeah exactly.
The figure above is just like looking at her cleavage..we need to see her real assets (Yuck!!!!! ,how in the hell did i think of such a pun 😉 .

    1. atul sinha ji bilkul thik bol rahe ho aap. uss samay shree ram ji ne supnakha ki nak kati thi or aaj mayawati desh ki nak kat rehi hai asal me sabhi netagan aisa kar rahe hai.

  12. We only comment here on this blog, people will see, read, like and then…. “forget”. in next election time we don’t VOTE. or we again vote to BAHEN mayavati….
then again BAHEN JI will become Chief Minister, will be involved in SCAMS, we again post comment and this process will continue…
so please don’t blame BAHEN JI, its WE who vote her and made C.M. .

I just want to say that, “VOTE” to the deserving candidate… Use your power.

  13. Like America is famous with statue of liberty, the day is not far when India will become famous for behenji’s Statues of Corruption…. !!

  14. funnie ….she does qualify for being eligible …and least we forgot she made her MLA do all that dance on her birthday !!!!!

  18. u knw.. i really like u man.. i want this to be read by the poor in U.P.  people always gets tricked by thr hands of politicians. this is a good blog.. a rather important one.. but this will be read only by the educated middle class. who almost knw how corrupt they are… but still they are gonna win the election because if the poor masses do not knw this… spread the word… get these rascals out… rebuild our nation…keep the good work… my wholehearted support to u.

    1. Thank you. It is true that such blogs would realistically have little impact on the elections. However we can try to make an effort at every level possible.

      1. Wahsarkar , as Swathinath correctly said it — we need to do something to put of these facts in front of poor people i.e. those who have become “The donkey for the carrot”

  19.  And the bags are Prada Gucci or what ??? Shame on us UPwallahs…we have allowed her to rule us as and how she pleases. Mrs Idi Amin in the making…oops sorry thats a glaring faux pas….!…behen idi amin ki will be more suitable !

  20.  she is gem of a women…she is symbol of women power in this male dominated politics…she is the true Saviour of poor and backward class. i  respect her.

  21.  ok
    very good comments
but tell me one thing that any of you have think about those peoples who belongs to sedulcast
you are those person who always think about your self not about your country you know the thins which your grand parents done with sc where is this humanity that time
you are not thinking about country you are thinking about your future your cast

and one thing more what you say about  lalkrishn advani and rajnath sing and also mulaem sing dear

    thgink and say dear

     that time
you all are those who feels jelus with others

    1. @71982166fde7bb4a05e1084e7946ddcd:disqus  How many years will it take according to you for there to be equality?

    2. B*osdi ke that was a different time.I myself am a yadav(OBC).

Dont talk about past ,that time none of us were there ,neither were u ,me or wahsarkaar for that matter.

And yes we are thinking about the future of country and not castes.Under the name of reservation people are enjoying unnecessary privileges. Failing in the first semesters of I.I.T.’s ,not able to hold a surgeons knife, or even draft a layout of bridge/building.So we are not jealous ,rather scared that about falling prey to an unexperienced/undeserving professional.Samjha ki nahi Bhosdu!!!!!

Undeserving people sitting on top are the termites.

Bhadve ki nasal, people like u dance on bribe booze a day proir to election to support such
b**ches & d*gs. Just look at the crime scale & rapes around you ass**le.Or for that matter look at Bihar its scaling heights in every feild, stupendous growth rate.

If you think you are right then you should walk around wearing a bandanna saying– “I AM Schedule Cast”, then maybe the potholes on the roads in U.P. will dissapear, then maybe there wont be power shortage in rural areas, then maybe nobodys sister would be raped, then maybe nobodys son would be killed for a mere 1000 rupee.

These days due to media & communication we are aware of everything thats hapening around us,so its time to make proper use of this info to unroot the evil.

Madher**** this discussion is not about S.C. /S.T./O.B.C.  samjha !!!!!!

  22. & people r still electing her… the third time..!! as if could’nt able to judge the taste of this stale junk.!!!!!

  23. aray itna comment kar rahe ho…
    dare to tell her this…
U.P  ki janta ye kyn nahi dekh sakti ki she is waisting their money in a park, that to making her own statue… silly park…
    is she stupid…
She thinks like as if she is very beautiful to make her statues…
People should come together and break that park…
and let me tell u no other C M of any other state has made their own statues…

  24. Nitish ji we request you to please serve U.P. for 5 years next time.Under his leadership bihar will reach top state of india in no time.
U.P. is totally wasted. Height of crime ,illeteracy  & poverty. I have been in lucknow for 2 years and have and must tell you that theres hardly any I.T. company in lucknow apart from TCS,wipro, cmc. It was promised some 5 years ago, that allahabad, varanasi n lucknow will see many I.T. companies. These companies have approached the state govt. many times but the bribe money is so much that they always back off. Though these places have the potential but corrup people like her wouldnt let them flourish. Lucknow has the potential to become an excellent I.T. city but with people like her U.P. is stuck in time, whilst its neighbour bihar is surpassing all.

  25. To solve the problem of crime in U.P. or anywhere else for that matter we need criminologists like James Q wilson and George Kelling  as mentiones by Malcolm Gladwell in his widely acclaimed book – The tipping point.
They gave a theory called “the broken window theory”, To understand this , consider these two examples :-

1.) Consider a building with a few broken windows. If the windows are not
repaired, the tendency is for vandals to break a few more windows.
Eventually, they may even break into the building, and if it’s
unoccupied, perhaps become squatters or light fires inside.
2.) Or consider a sidewalk. Some litter accumulates. Soon, more litter
accumulates. Eventually, people even start leaving bags of trash from
take-out restaurants there or breaking into cars

During the 1980’s to early 1990’s the New York City subways were
likened to Dante’s Inferno because of the theft and murders that
occurred in the trains and stations. Around that time criminologists
James Q. Wilson and George Kelling developed what they called the
Broken Windows theory. This theory basically proposed that crime was
the natural result of a disorder. If people see broken windows, trash,
and minor crimes such as vandalism and graffiti they will naturally end
up assuming that they can get away with worse crimes. Kelling applied
this principal to clean up the New York City subways. Rather than
trying to stop the murders and thefts on the subway system Kelling
attacked the problem of graffiti. Next another follower of the Broken
Windows theory, William Bratton, developed a system that cracked down
on farebeating. Farebeaters were arrested, chained together, and left
in a line near the turnstiles until a full load had been caught. In
these two simple ways Kelling and Bratton changed the atmosphere of the
subway. Now it didn’t look like the subway was a place where one could
get away with crime. The trains were clean, and potential criminals had
to walk past a daisy chain of arrested farebeaters every time they
wanted to enter the subway. Suddenly the subways were no longer seemed
like a convenient place to commit a crime. I definitely agree with the
Broken Windows theory because it makes sense for people to be effected
by their environment. An untidy, broken environment will make people
frustrated and angry. It also makes them care less for their
environment so that they don’t mind ruining it even more.

  26. Arguements apart ,,,Thanks a lot wahsarkar for putting up such facts. I just had a talk with my friend who runs a school at my native place in U.P.  I asked him to translate your blog in hindi and read it out in front of the masses during the next school function , line by line as u have written.
Its time to educate the masses.
